Mission Impossible

What does it take to do the impossible?

More specifically, what are your impossibles?

Definitions help.

In Steven Kotler’s latest book, The Art of Impossible, he differentiates between capital ‘I’ impossible and lower-case ‘i’ impossible. The first is extreme innovation and the second is those feats impossible for us.

Hypotheticals are frustrating. Let’s do a gut check instead.

What do you believe is impossible for you that you’d like to do?

Stomach it for a minute, an hour, a day even. What comes up on the other side?

The impossibles are on my mind a lot lately for myself and for others.

Walt Disney said, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.”

So, in a nod to Disney, Kotler, and Mary Oliver, what kind of impossible, what kind of fun will you have with this one precious life you’ve been given?

Here’s to living and love your mission impossible.
